ease of after hours pick-up - details were texted through to me with a number to call if there were any problems. The appt we rented was large / very spacious and very comfortable - we only wished we could have stayed another night!. I would rate the Sails Apartments "excellent" in all respects. It makes such a difference to have welcoming and friendly staff, clean rooms and clear instructions for everything. Thank you so much for a nice experience.

The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped and a short walk to town. I would highly recommend this place. We were very happy with the unit. It was lovely, clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic and we enjoyed our time at the Sails, we wish we could have stayed longer. We have stayed at these apartments 3 times now and have not had any concerns at all the beds are comfortable, clean spacious rooms well equipped. The size of the rooms and the price. We stayed in Canberra in a apartment one third its size and paid the same price. Location was good as well. Close to beaches and to shopping area. Could walk to all amenities as well as enjoy the great views from the appartment. Very friendly staff great pool and spa for children. Proximity to Beach. Spacious apartment. Relaxing holiday. the manager was very friendly and quick to address any minor details.I would stay again. very friendly at reception 3 minute walk to beach and restaurants wonderful walks close buy. Close to the beach and shops, secure parking, spacious rooms and balcony, friendly staff. Location Two bathrooms. One for the male, one for the female lol. the space; luxury for us compared to our normal budget options. Clean and spacious. Close to restaurants and shops and beach. Location, comfort, friendly welcome. The whole ambiance of the property. High standard of accommodation. Everything had wonderful time. size of the unit. location layout. The only short coming was that they could not accommodate a request for double/queen/king beds in both bedrooms. This is really simple if only they would use "hotel" singles which can be joined together easily. we had a road side room this time which can be a little traffic noise through the day but at night at Forster it is very quiet except for an occasional raised voice from a young person on their way home. Not a real problem. The street noise. We could hear most of what was happening on the street and surrounding buildings. Need a curtain in the en suite bathroom. Main bed was a bit hard. Internet not always available but believe this problem may have been rectified. the lift wasn't working on the second night of our stay and we were very tired after attending a family Wedding but after I rang the manager he was very quick to fix the problem. Other quests partying all night. 2 nights in a row. For this reason we will not stay again and not recommend to anyone. There was only lift which made it hard to ferry belongings from garage to room. not a thing (the teeniest tiniest comment would be that we were two women with two bathrooms.....and one hair dryer hah! Maybe one in each bathroom would be a good idea - just saying). blinds to the windows - allowed light in at 1st light. staff problem resolution. As I was travelling with my boss, my original booking was for 2 double beds which was accepted in the booking.The staff attitude was "bad luck" this booking was done overseas and we cant read everything.Didnt offer any solution or even a sorry. Wont use this service again if this is the standard of customer service.
