Boranup Forest Retreat is a private and relaxing place to stay, surrounded by 50 acres of forest. The town centre of Margaret River is only a 15-minute drive away. The retreat is decorated in a warm and luxurious style, featuring wooden floors and furniture. The rooms are spacious and some accommodation options include a private hot tub and barbecue area. Guests can see emus and kangaroos passing through the property in the mornings. There are also many native trees and wildflowers to enjoy. Many local attractions, including the spectacular scenery of the Blackwood River, and the Mammoth and Jewel Caves, are within a 20-minute drive. The fine wineries the Margaret River region is famous for, including Leeuwin Estate restaurant and winery, are also within 15 minutes’ drive.

Fireplace was awesome. The quiet location was well needed. Didn't see or hear any other people in the two days we were there. The quiet. Could have used some instant heat, as we had to get the fire going, and keep it going all night. Not a bad thing though?!. No key code given. Poor signage. Google map misleading. No towels on arrival.
