Situated on the shores of Twofold Bay, The Seahorse Inn is a luxurious boutique hotel with stunning views across the bay to Eden. It offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and a choice of 2 restaurants. Featuring hand-carved doors, stained-glass windows, winding staircases and attic bedrooms, Seahorse Inn Boydtown is set amongst manicured lawns and landscaped gardens. Each room features an en suite bathroom, air conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. Suites have an additional living area and some also include a spa bath. All rooms have either garden or water views. Both restaurants, the elegant Bettena’s à la carte restaurant and the more informal Brasserie, offer a selection of locally produced seafood and other gourmet dishes. The Seahorse Inn is a 5-minute drive from Eden town centre. Local activities include fishing, walking and whale watching.

Simply stunning location. Relaxed and private setting. Had an intimacy about it being small and boutique. Felt like being in a private home with many extras !!!!!! Private beach - divine overlooking Twofold Bay. Love the history associated with the Inn. Beautiful catering and friendly staff. I liked the outside areas around the motel grounds well maintained, staff excellent the motel stood out it was being in another world absaloutely out of this world has a fantastic veiw of the water lovely and quiet so relaxing.

We started with one night and decided to stay another!. Fantastic renovation of heritage building. Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Great facilities. Donna was the most courteous helpful and engaging person we have experienced during our travels!. Beautiful location, comfortable room, historic building which has been sensibly renovated, very helpful staff (nothing was too much trouble), excellent steaks in the restaurant, good coffee. Seahorse Inn is very special, the location and the building are unique. We only stayed one night, but would love to return. Seahorse is a special place,rolling waves,beautiful food and fantastic location-we'll be back!. Lovely beachside accommodation, quiet and luxurious. Friendly staff. the hotel in general was very comfortable and friendly staff. The room, the view, and the location were all magnificent !. Beautiful view of the coast and an interesting history. Not a criticism as such but on letsbookhotel.com needs to be specific with breakfast description. Reads " breakfast included" perhaps should read " continental breakfast included". The shower was dirty The carpet was dirty The motel room was very small There were coco pops for brekky i thought that was strange as there was no children for breakfast there were no weetbix The whole breakfast needs a bit more attention. It was only a little breakfast bar no tea bags,no hot water to make extra tea. you need to change the breafast with other different cereals. Unfortunately the weather was rainy - will be back in better weather. Over use of air freshened in the room. Maybe just open the doors and let the sea air in . Chemical smell - yuk but staff very apologetic and it did not seem to have been used the next day. It's a bit pricey. I understand it used to be funkier, and was recently remodeled. But I understand the reasoning behind the upgrade. 10am checkout-stretch it to 11am. The 50 metre walk from carpark to hotel carrying heavy cases. Having to haul two suitcases up staircase to first floor room was difficult for elderly people. the bistro food was average. I did not want to eat in the fine dining alone and I would have eaten alone as the place was so quiet. No lift but the staff were very helpful. Wet-room style bathroom. The food was not up to the standard one would expect from this place. The brasserie looked like a conference room. No atmosphere!. Poor food. The bed wasn't very comfy, and the doona made it a bit hard to regulate body heat. lack of attention to some details. Hard to work out where reception entrance was.we followed signs for Hotel entry which led t o bar rather than Seahorse Inn reception.
