I loved our stay there, even though it was for only one night. The management were lovely, the room was beautiful, breakfast was well cooked and delicious, I can't fault anything about our stay. location. interior, cleanliness manager apologised for noise and offered a bottle of wine for inconvenience. We appreciated this but did not feel it compensated for what we had endured.

This was the second time I have stayed at The Georgian and will be going back in November David and Vicki (the hosts) are fantastic and very welcoming. first impression of room was excellent, comfort, value for money and the owner could not have been more helpful. Just did a two week road trip and this motel was the best we stayed in. Very Friendly staff, also very informative on the area, excellent breakfast, very comfortable rooms, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend. We will be back!. Decent size room and reasonably quiet, being on a main road. Close to the tourist attractions. Very clean, well kept premises. Bed reasonably comfortable. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. We travel a lot and always stay at Novatel accommodation and found your motel of almost equal standard in many ways. The owners where friendly and helpful and I found them willing to do what ever they could to make your stay comfortable. Loved everything about the Georgian Motor Lodge.. Will be going back in June for a romantic weekend with my partner. loved the place so much, had a great time. Hospitality was great and the pool (lovely) mmmmm cant wait to go back. Quality of linen & furnishings in the room. Good location to movies & restaurants, large size of TV. Clean, staff were quick to remind us of an item left behind. No request seemed to be hard or impossible. I experienced fantastic customer service. The location was great. I will definitely stay there again. proximity to shops, port area and overall access to the business area. Motel facilities very good. A clean, neat, well appointed room that was near to the centre of town, but also quite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely appointed room. Clean. Good heating. The room was clean and spacious, location to the town centre and very quiet. We thought it was beautiful and very clean and loved the breaky. Big TV (could not locate the satellite channels?). what has been indicated. Nothing. . incredible amount of noise, two adjacent rooms were having work done on them . owing to work water was turned off without notice, wife in shower!. . matress left standing outside our window while work was being done, awful!. Didn't like the leather recliners swiveling around, as I have trouble getting out of chairs. I still think it could be a little more disabled friendly although they did every thing to accommodate my needs. The shower needs to have an adjustable stool for height differences, especially those who may have had a hip replacement. Also need disabled access to the pool. Long time it took for hot water to arrive in the shower - wasted far to much water (not at all good!) & waiting time. The lighting in the Shower/Bathroom. It was not user friendly the lighting is not effective if you're trying t shave or put on make-up. Nothing. A few noisy guests in another room!. None. Only problem were the pillows, they were too hard. Nothing. Toilet continually running a bit of a nuisance but not a serious problem. All okay. The air conditioning, did not work well (husband is a refrigeration mechanic, fan faulty). No designated parking for our car, we like it parked as close as possible to our room for security. Distance to the main area of town to walk to restaurants etc. same as opposite.
