Location is excellent for tourists lots of great restaurants close by , size of the unit was great. Large enough for family and friends as we were able to have all of the family come over each night to dine (10) of us. The hotel managers were so helpful and friendly, the 3bdrm apartments were absolutely beautiful and BIG! So close to all the shops. We will be definately going back, great for families, we all loved it, thank you...

Also really appreciated having a laundry with a dryer. It was perfect for us with 3 couples in a three bedroom apartment. We loved the space, the proximity to the pool, the beach and the local shops. We would definitely come again. The staff were kind & helpful. The layout of the room was great & the location was within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach & playground. Spacious and great having the living/dining area with two balconies. Secure lock up area for car. Excellent location, close to cafes, supermarket and beach. The prime location of such a high class apartment is only the beginning of what any person could wish for.Outstanding!! I promise to return in the future. Loved the location, close to beach, restaurants, shops - great pool facility - nice atmosphere. Apartment was lovely and open and clean. It was convenient to shops, beach and restaurants. Secure parking and good place to use as a starting point to see the Sunshine Coast. The room 402 was amazing the deck out was like we were in the pool,pity it didnthave a door in to the pool would have been perfect. The hotel was very modern and great value for money, the staff were very friendly and the restaurants near by were amazing. The staff was fantastic.The position was central to shops and beach if you didn't want to drive and easy to get around. Size of space, convenience for beach and shops, privacy, quietness despite being fully booked, friendly reception staff. The space in the whole apartment, beach at your door, shops / facilities at your door. Kitchen not very well equipped, however we choose to entertain relatives at the unit rather than dine out which most people would choose to do. i didnt like that we couldnt stay longer... Lighting was stuck on low and we couldn't see what we were eating at the table. Remote intermittently worked in the lounge room and Bedroom TV didn't work at all. The main toilet blocked and my husband used his fist to unblock it. Kitchen to balcony door wouldn't lock. In our unit, the block out curtains were in the lounge room not the bedroom & the louvre windows made it a bit noisy in the mornings. N/A. Difficult to find at first. Our room was right next to a petrol station and it was very noisy throughout the night, also the blind didn't shut the whole way so the light was streaming in which also didn't help. For a 5 star accommodation The cleanliness wasn't great (very disappointed... t.v was smudgy, dirty cups, pedestal fan was very dusty, behind beds dusty, bathroom mold around the sealant ) and no ceiling fans in any rooms. The contract with internet was terrible. Nothing. Being on the top floor, when it rains at night you can hear the heavy drops making it hard to sleep. a few more basic cooking and cleaning supplies would have been appreciated, and serving dishes/ food storage containers. musty odour in foyers, bedrooms could do with ceiling fans as no a/c ducts in bedrooms hence had a/c on constantly in open plan area to get cool air into bedrooms. not enough keys, as we were 2 couples and 3 individuals, we could have done with more room keys. 2 single beds joined together for main bedroom. Early end of check-in. noise very early in the morning,plus continual waft smell of McDonald's..from restaurant across the road. Having to leave. Some long hair in the shower. Having to pay for beach towels for use of pool. Nothing. No sea view. Mowing at 7am at bowls club outside our bedroom window. Sprinklers going off at 1am at bowls club hitting the fencing not the grass - woke us up !. i woke up to the light dripping on me .. soaking my mattress.. reception said they would fix it for us but all they did was flip the mattress and move it to the opposite side of the room and then placed a bin to catch the drips which i had to listen to overnight .... not happy!!!. We booked in for 3 nights, but left after 2. Our backs were that sore we could not spend another night in that bed. Our view from the balcony was a construction site. We could only hear the beach, not see it. We found hair in the shower (not ours). On entry, there was a dirty cleaning cloth laying on the floor. The cooking utensils need replacing. There was a dirty scum mark around the waters edge in the pool. No air con in the bedroom. The bottom of the drapes in the lounge area were dirty.
