It was so relaxing. Open the glass sliding door facing the pool & sitting outside enjoying the birds in the trees.Fantastic for young families. Withing walking distance to the town centre. Very roomy in our room. Very comfortable room with great amenities; close drive to many attractions. Within walking distance of the shopping centres & beach. Location and the room was very clean and well maintained.

Good location Easy check in/out (did not actually meet reception but managed all the same) Option of meals available - restaurant. A great peaceful location. Motel merely average. nice and shady setting, quiet. reception was and still is very friendly. clean. There should be a sign in the rooms, telling people not to be noisy or loud spoken. Espesially after 10.00pm or they will be evicted from the premises. I had to bang on the wall at 1.00am in the morning & yelled at next door to shut up as we wanted to sleep. Should have a bigger table in the family area to eat. It would be nice to have a B.B.q area as you sick of eating in Restaraunts every night. Although plates, cutlery, etc. were provided some items were missing (e.g. forks). The location of the heat/air con was also not the best, as it was right above the door and heat would escape every time the door was opened. The brochure in the room lacked info about the services available at the motel. Also, there was no detergent with which to wash the dishes. It would have been helpful to know there was a microwave in the room before we arrived. I thought it was overpriced but I may be out of touch with motel rates. Room needed a lounge or armchairs. recep staff could have been friendlier. Nothing!. Was charged for the accomodation well before the event (usually card is processed once departed/on checkout) Restaurant appeared under staffed . Whilst we were left alone ot enjoy our meals (which were delicious) we weren't given the opportunity of a dessert menu. letsbookhotel.com website said CC details supplied foe confirmation purpose only - in fact motel charged charged directly. On these details. Also no mention on your website of additional 1.5% fee for Visa Card. Please correct. Roger Marjoribanks. shower flooded every time we used it. We have stayed few times in the past, this time it was very disappointing,our unit (21)the flyscreen is full of holes,at night the room is full of moschitos,also we suggest to add forks to the set,my wife had noodles with the spoon.both outside light globes are not working. overpriced.
