John, the guy on reception was brilliant. He was so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. He could not have been better and it was a pleasure to meet him. The room was spotlessly clean although a little dated. I liked everything because it was centrally located, was clean and the staff was wonderful. I could easily walk to the shops for shopping or for dinner as the motel was very central.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. accomodation was clean, room was spacious , facilities good and great staff,excellent manager and very friendly owner a very nice family . Very comfortable and pleasant stay. The facilities were good and provided everything we needed for our stay. Location was close to restaurants. everything location staff were very good will b defintly be staying there again. Very helpful staff and rooms were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay !!!. the spacious bathroom efficient airconditioning helpfull manager quiet room. As soon as you walked into the room, it smelts so fresh and clean. Because there was no booking we were upgraded to a family room. I think it's very clean and nice. Family like. Convenient. Convenient , comfortabl and clean. Nice and quiet. very clean rooms good beds close to shopping mall. Breakfast I would call it a truckies breakfast. the room was clean and has everything needed. The whole experience was very pleasing. Clean crisp sheets and a good shower. Clean, tidy no fuss environment. Very friendly and welcoming. Clean, comfortable, private. Location to town and eating places, Size of room, Good size breakfast (although they didn't seem to promote the fact that they did breakfast), Bed was OK, Exterior was always clean and tidy. Whilst we would stay there again we would probably look around for something better first. Nice and close to city centre and within walking distance to restaurants and food outlets. Room well prepared and aircon and TV turned on before my arrival. very convenient for our purpose. Quiet, (other than fridge). nothing. The pool was disappointing, very small and not very inviting. There was nothing to dislike about the Riviera Motel. A bit noisy when other guests left the hotel at 4-30am, luckily it was easy to get back to sleep once they left. nothing. no instructions on how to use airconditioner - tv- foxtel and dvd. had to ask the manager. Slept well, but the bed had a lump or two. Was still good value for money. Will differently return on next trip. There was no record of our booking when we arrived. The blinds didn't block out the early morning sun, some curtains over them would fix this, 5am is just a bit to early to be awake on a Sunday morning. N/A. It was all good. Room was serviced poorly, refrigerator made a noise so we turned off during the night, not all lights worked, very little space to put clothes if staying more than 1 night. Bathroom hard to get in around the door. Room had that "Budget" feel about it. Requested undercover parking when booking only to be told when we arrived at the motel that it would cost an extra $40. We were eventually given under cover parking at no extra charge, but had to argue for it. Free WIFI did not work. No parking available near my room. Both critical criteria in my selection for my accommodation. The room we were in was a little bit tired and required minor maintenance. Fridge was so noisey it had to be turned off to sleep One bed lamp did not work Toilet light did not work. dated - needs modernising. everything. Very over rated poor service ,poor staff ,.
