Fabulous establishment.Grounds and accomodation were immaculate and the setting is like been in a resort in a rainforest. Awesome facilities. 3 pools and a spa were a huge hit with adults and kids alike as was the games room and kids playground. Loved the ultra friendly staff! The cabana was very clean and comfortable. Great bedding! The pool and grounds were immaculate. Amazing value for money. In all honesty thought it was going to be scabby given price however it was truly lovely!.

We had such a great family get away, we definitely will be back. We love everything about staying at Avoca Palms, this is our regular holiday venue. The best pool/spa/games room for the adults and kids! Staff are great, location is awesome!. the cabin was highly organised. a great place to stay. the pool and spa were used each day ,,, a beautiful setting to swim in . The overall park was well presented and particularly liked the pool area. Good pool facilities, the rooms are good value for money. Very clean. Courteous and helpful staff, great facilities and reasonable price. like it was cozy and had everything we need we will come back. Spa spa spa. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good. Lovely location thank you. Staff. Absolutely nothing to fault. The carpark was a slightly difficult squeeze witha 4wd but doable! Really not worth mentioning. Our cabin in the bunk room had adamp smell about it. I locked myself out of my room at 6pm (the office closes at 5.30pm). They made me feel like I was asking them to walk on water to come and drop off a key for me. It is a long way from the beach, not walking distance really. it was a shame that it was raining the whole stay as we werent able to check anything out. Fridge unit 18 froze food on lowest setting. Taxi wouldn't pick us up from The Palms reception area to go to a wedding. Do your research on alternatives. Looks a little shabby probably needs a bit of work around the kickboards and bottom of doors which look a bit water damaged. The bedding needed a wash or airing really made my sinuses play up. Extra charge for child!! You book a room - where thre is configuration for adult and 2 children u would only expect to pay extra for addidtional child. Lined should be part of the tarriff - the current set- up is for rented hses or units. Limited facilities - management should look at comp set (Hol Pk Umina) - jumping castle, water slide, food outlet, activities. Foxtel, wifi - Upgrade games room - room for guest movies ie Kids Night.
