we liked immediately the moment we walked in to see how nice it was set out and decor lovely. very comfortable and couldn't compare with the disappointing accommodation we had at Jetty Motel at Esperance. Will never go back there again, but would certainly stay with you if ever we go to Albany again.

There was a feeling of peace with the curtains open looking out to the trees. Very good bed. I would recommend this motel to any one.
location was good. facilities were everything we needed for a short stay. Kitchenette was well equipped. Great wifi.

The hotel is close to the amenities without being in the city centre, quiet and in a nice location.

After booking 3 mths prior we were called the day before arriving that our room was being renovated and was not ready, and offered another room in a different location. After explaining we particularly booked this place for its proximity to a party we were attending, and that as we had booked so long ago, a change was not acceptable we were eventually advised that it had been sorted out and a room was now available. Did not need that stress.
limited foxtel but we had computer and dvds so not a problem.
a dvd player would have been a good asset.

it was an unmanned property which on arrival I found unusual.
room maintenance was not up to standard.I.E door handle falling off smoke alarm sounding no fire. requested twin beds. had to have a camp streacher bought in.
The hotel was clean however is a bit Spartan, the fixtures and fittings are getting pretty dated and it probably is time for a makeover, lighting was poor.
