Agnes Water and the Town of 1770 are each a 5-minute drive away. Eurimbula and Deepwater National Parks are a 20-minute drive. The air-conditioned villas offer a living area including a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. They feature either a kitchen or a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and toaster. Guests can enjoy an outdoors BBQ and free parking.

This is a superb facility--the apts are very well furnished with quality fittings,and very well maintained Close to the expanse of the very lovely Agnes Water beach Reception are very accomodating and helpful. We felt extremely comfortable. The location of our unit was great, overlooking the pool and the garden. Spacious and modern. We must compliment the management on the well kept garden.

Friendly staff and lovely grounds,. room was quiet very clean. pool and bbq area fantastic. a nice walk to the main beach. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in during any of our travels. excellent accommodation great service. Great view of the bay fantastic staff. The landscape, layout and location. clean, organised, friendly staff. Interior, service, apartment. The pool. The pool area looked absolutely beautiful, and garden and surroundings very well kept, and was reasonably under control as far as noise goes. Very very pretty at night and it would just work for the public, and families. The grounds are nice with nice pools. Emma the reception lady is friendly and chirpy. Not much for the money spent. Pool outside room. Problem with check in - even it was 2 PM nobody was at the reception and the phone wasn't answered either. Air conditioning noise from the unit next door. It you are looking for quietness don't come on weekends as families are here. Bins need to be placed in bathrooms and or near toilets. Airconditioner not working in children's rooms. Fan in children's room extremely noisy and rattly. for a one night stay we didn't feel we got value for dollars. the resort is not within walking distance to restaurants etc so we either had to drive or order in for dinner - it was our choice not to cook in as it was only for one night. internet access disconnection. Pay for internet, only one user at a time, no daily cleaning. Being where we were put ... supposedly with a garden view, I don't mind garden views but where we were it was very dry and un - kept. The only view we had was watching cars plus not sleeping with the noise of people coming home after midnight. We believe the rooms are all individually kept and I would advise that they be revamped now and then. The noise!!! People up until late E.G. 1am making lots of conversation and party noise. On the Sat night they woke me at 3am until 5am. The Unit I stayed in (Unit 41) was drearily furnished with a cheap and very hard bed! The shower was mouldy! The electric fry pan was sticky from not being washed! The BBQ's were mostly out of gas too! I wont stay there again, the pictures you advertise are not indicative of the accommodation on offer! I have photos if you wish to review. Has 24 hour service if you ring reception when we rang at night 7.00pm to ask about wifi the young girl said call back in the morning when reception is open as she was only an answering service. the fact that we were not advised that the televisions were not working (due to storms) also had to ask about wifi information. They advertised free wifi internet and it did not work for all but a few hours of the 3 days we were there. An electric pump just outside our bedroom window which made a lot of noise day and night. Bed very uncomfortable Lounge also very basic for the price of accommodation. Outside are not cleaned Table had empty bottles on it Dirty towel on chairs Staff not on duty when arrived Had to call them. Felt like we were a bit of nuisance.Just expected a lot more for price.
