  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I arrived 1am and the staff was waiting for us. The room has kitchen supplies, the location is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and the Flea Market. The next door neighbor is a grocery store, 10-15 min walking distance to Palermo Metro Station.   Modern boutique hotel in neigborhood of Palermo Hollywood. Its abit further away from old Palermo (about a 15-20 min walk) where most boutique stores and restaurants are situated. Stayed in the junior suite and it was supberb. The room had a kitchen and a lounge area. There's also a gym on the terrace.   Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and the overall colonial look very well maintained.   Il nostro appartamento era sicuramente carino, di design, su due piani con un terrazzo. Colazione con poche opzioni ma discreta. Computer in camera. - This was sich great value for money, great location (not even 5min walk to shops, bars and restaurants), helpful staff und high security. Woul totally recommend the place.

  Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
