  Tutto - On arrival, the desk man spent a quarter hour with us, explaining touroptions, and was patient and charming. Immediately, we felt at ease. At the spa, two of us enjoyed the hot stone massage, delightful and quite reasonable. - Staff were extremely helpfull and English was excellent

  This hotel is great. The reception staff where so friendly and the room was perfect for what I needed which was pretty much a bed and a shower. The hotel was really close to some good restaurants and near the bus terminal to the falls. The added bonus of the breakfast really helps with the budget too as the falls and iguazu itself is quite expensi... cosa dice la gente » ve. They arrange a taxi back to the airport and also looked after my luggage when is checked out and went to the falls for the morning. - We loved everything!! This hotel was great value for money and for us, that took this as a break from hostels because of the poor quality of the hostels in the city, it was a true paradise! Comfortable beds, extremely friendly staff (especially the pregnant woman and the man that was a bit older) and great big showers! Do not hesitate, stay here!

  The 2 bedroom apartment we had was excellent. It even had a lounge and own wifi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a tour to the Argentina side of Iguazu and a private car to the Brazil side- both were excellent. Restaurant was good. Although the lamb on the first night was a bit disappointing- overcooked. The steak on the second... cosa dice la gente » night was delicious. The restaurant staff were fantastic and even made a huge desert with a massive sparkler for my mums birthday completely on the h - The hotel is extremely beautiful and fascinating! When we first entered our spacious lodge we were so happy to be there! It is so nice inside, and on the outside it is marvelous, as you stay in heart of Iguassu! The hotel is a 100% must! And the staff is so kind and welcoming. They dealed with our issues easy (not related to the hotel) and nice. Speaking excellent English, which is important :) thank you guys for our unforgettable experience.
