  This hotel is great. The reception staff where so friendly and the room was perfect for what I needed which was pretty much a bed and a shower. The hotel was really close to some good restaurants and near the bus terminal to the falls. The added bonus of the breakfast really helps with the budget too as the falls and iguazu itself is quite expensi... cosa dice la gente » ve. They arrange a taxi back to the airport and also looked after my luggage when is checked out and went to the falls for the morning. - We loved everything!! This hotel was great value for money and for us, that took this as a break from hostels because of the poor quality of the hostels in the city, it was a true paradise! Comfortable beds, extremely friendly staff (especially the pregnant woman and the man that was a bit older) and great big showers! Do not hesitate, stay here!

  THE STAFF WAS MAZING! JOSE was so helpful & friendly and Valerio, the manager, was very professional and courteous. Maria, at reception, was very pleasant all the time. The restaurant was great! We had breakfast included, so we ventured out for dinners... The last noght we ate dinner at the hotel - we wished we had eaten there every night... cosa dice la gente » , it was so good! Thanks to Tania, the hostess, we were enticed with a complimentary glass of champagne and we are so grateful for the fabulous dinne - The hotel was well situated being near restautrants, shops and the bus station. The rooms were spacious and comfortatable. Well equipped with plenty of bath towels, pool towels, hair dryer and a fridge. Didn't need to use the fridge bar. Breakfast in the Restaurant whilst plentiful, lacked imagination and after a few days became repeatative. Staff at reception were pleasant and helpful.   The two managers are lovely people friendly helpful and will chat away all other staff friendly too. Really enjoyed are stay here, close to shops, restaurants, bars and bus station. Massive swimming pool gutted I didn't get to use it as it was raining and not as hot as needs to be to swim!
