The staff was super friendly and helpful. But my favorite part of the hotel has to be the bed. It was ridiculously comfortable that my husband and I could sleep in till 2:30pm everyday! It was like sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast also served freshly-squeezed orange juice, which was a nice touch.

L'albergo si trova in posizione ideale per scoprire tutta la città, essendo vicino a metrò e fermata bus. Il personale della reception è gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Ottima la posizione per visita della città anche se la vicinanza con una discoteca del quartiere Recoleta mette a dura prova l'insonorizzazione delle camere. Buona la colazione, reception molto friendly -

Huge room and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The location is fabulous, just round the corner from the cemetery, the craft market and lots of restaurants. Staff were really helpful in printing off boarding passes for us. Rally good selection of food at breakfast served in the lovely airy indoor garden. -
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and knowledgeable offering great recommendations on everything from food to must-see venues. The fact that there was always someone that spoke English was an added bonus.The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious!
