  Nicolas at the front desk. He went out of his was, and even let us his cell phone in our room when the hotel phones were not working. He gave us his email and offered to help us if we needed anything. - The staff was nice and ready to meet most of our needs.

  The location is great - in the middle of downtown Mendoza. The front office staff was extremely helpful - we had to stay longer because the passage to Chile was closed and they helped us out wherever they could. - Near Plaza Independencia. Clean enough. Staff was helpful and accomodating.

  The staff is awesome, super friendly and helpful. the food an location are also great, you are so close to amazing wineries and you can enjoy the nearby downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure will be back as soon as we can - Its one of the best place during my traveling in Argentina. Very helpful staff, always smiling and happy.
