Very clean Room.Good location. Really convenient to get to Tourist area - centre of city from the airport( only 30 mins by taxi). Hotel's pick up service was great, We get to hostel very fast, comfortable and safe at night time! The staff were amazing - made an outstanding efforts to help. From bringing things we needed, to sending postcards for us, buying us tickets to the water puppet show, making calls in vietnamese to help us at some staff we hade to do and helped us book the cheapest flying tickets from DaNang to Hanoi.
Always smiling, helping and caring. Made our settling down after long flight so easy.
The room was big and comfortable for us as a familiy.

I love Halo hotel. I feel at home with them. Been staying here for 4 times. The Hotel is very conveniently located for shopping in Ben Thanh Market and nearby shopping centers. Simple yet homey. The staff name Nam is so accommodating. Even if he is off-duty he will see to it that our taxi will arrive to bring us to airport.
We have recommended the hotel to our friends and they also love it.

I am fully satisfied with the hospitality of the hotel staffs.. F.O. Managers, Mr Tran Huu Anh was very friendly, accomodative and mostly helpful during our stay there. The room was awsome, well decorated and very cosy. The staff was prompt
to help with tour information. Also, the location is excellent. It is
just in front of the sky deck and on a walkable distance from main

I loved everything about the Hotel. Suuuuper value for money!!! The
staff was very accommodating and genuinely cared for their guests. Case
in point: we checked-in around 1 am and presented our passports as is
protocol. Little did I know that they took note of my birthday (which
was the day after) and they surprised me with a gift/token.

This was our third stay at the hotel and the staff were very friendly, as usual. They willingly moved our daughter when she found her room too noisy and they made sure I had a room with a walk-in shower due to an ankle injury. -
