Great staff! Courteous and always willing to help. Also, great location-I came for the Winter Park Blues Fest 2013, and I only had to walk across the street to get there. Hans and Hanna were wonderful hosts. Our restaurant server was Karen, very attentive and pleasant. The included breakfast was amazing. And, the place reminded me of my childhood. Very hot and stuffy in room (all are on 2nd floor). No fan or AC-unfortunately, it made it very hard for me to sleep (and only one window would open). Suggest offering guests a fan in each room at least (not as expensive as ceiling fans or AC).
