I liked that the non-smoking rooms were really non-smoking and as far as I could tell have been for a long time. Many places now days advertise rooms as non-smoking but if you have allergies you can tell they weren't always. The $250 room recovery fee if you're caught smoking in the room seems to be an excellent deterrent. Having both wi fi and cable internet access in the room was excellent also, many places advertising free wi fi have such a poor signal that it might as well not be there.
tous commentaires » Breakfast was even included. Considering the fact that I stayed during the summer season, this was the best deal and best value I could find out there and I was very pleased! I had originally booked a kind size bed room and upon arrival they asked if that was still okay. I was hoping to get 2 queens and they ended up having a room with that available. Would definitely stay here again. The checking in and out was quick and friendly. The complementary breakfast was appreciated. The hotel as clean. I did not see anything stained, torn or in need of replacement. We had a nice room. All of the hotel staff acted in a professional manner and were friendly. I loved the fact that the facility was so close to the beach without "beach prices"...I Loved the fact that breakfast was served in the morning and that we were allowed to eat even after the deadline. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Fast check-in, and loved that they have a noon checkout. Breakfast was beyond great, so many yummy choices! Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were very nice and clean!. I enjoyed our stay it was very nice,clean,the room was great, our kids loved the pool. The breakfast was very good we will be staying here again. Room was great size for family of 4. Very clean as well. Having a small refrigerator and microwave was a plus. When the front desk realized that we had 3 rooms of family, they worked to get the rooms close to each other. Very nice stay. The rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast was very good. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. This was absolutely by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. employees were professional and friendly. very clean. every thing was nice and the staff was friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location and friendly staff. Easy to book a reservation. Clean. I liked the complimentary breakfast. The decor was nice in lobby. 2 gentlemen at desk and staff at breakfast were nice and accommodating. Nothing comes to mind. Nothing really. Trying to make a left hand turn out of the hotel parking lot was a little testy when the traffic flow was busy. The walls, curtains, linen were soiled... The rooms were old and walls were cracked. wi-fi kept dropping over and over again..but that is my only complaint about our stay!. I have no complaints. Nothing. There was one staff member at the front desk who was not very personable or friendly. not enough seating in the room no vending machines had to go to lobby. the bed had a slump in the middle which made for an uncomfortable night of rest. The pool water was dirty. Several kids in pool that were screaming non-stop. Our room location. No refrigerator or microwave in room. The shower curtain was too short, ( water got on the floor) . I thought that there would be a micro fridge and microwave. There was no bath mat in the bathroom. Washcloths scarce. Asked for 4 got 1 then two. Used to a hassock, No TV guide. Lady at check in dry, not friendly. No outdoor pool. Way to much air conditioning in the indoor pool. Freezing in the pool room.
