Everything, the location was good, the room was claen and comfortable. Breakfast and free internet connection. Close to location we visited. Price was right for our friends. The cleanliness of the room. Older property with some room features worn A/C poor not enough lights in room. The appearance of the hotel from the outside. The hotel had very poor service, small rooms. The pool was a joke. Rooms were unclean and unsafe. We would have went to another hotel, but figured we would not get a refund. We will never book another hotel without knowing someone who has stayed their before.
