The hotel and letsbookhotel.com customer service trying to fix the booking problem. No thanks to letsbookhotel.com getting it wrong and comfort inn customer service for not wanting to help.

Comfort Inn's customer support does not provide customer support. I booked through Comfort Inn web site. Did not notice the booking went through letsbookhotel.com. Hotel did not have the booking - confirmation # was letsbookhotel.com not Comfort Inn. I was forced to work the problem standing at the airport while Comfort Inn customer service was useless.tous commentaires »
