Very good location. 1st stop on the ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation) line so really nice for coming back after long day at Disneyland. Pool is kept really clean, and the grandkids really enjoyed swimming in it. The morning danish, donuts, orange juice, coffee and tea was kept well stocked throughout the time it was served. Staff managed to clean our rooms every day despite the clutter we left in it each day. We would definitely stay again. There is a guest laundry room available with a. tous commentaires
I travelled with my daughter and family and spent 5 nights here. The staff were excellent and even though we slept thru breakfast the first morning it was no trouble to bring some food out for us. The rooms were cleaned daily, the beds very comfortable and the pool was great. Location was superb with everything we wanted within walking distance - lots of restaurants, fast food and of course Disneyland. We would definitely stay there again.
Good location (12-15 min walk to front gate of Disney), clean and
comfortable, great staff, six of us stayed in four-bed suite, plenty of
room, wifi worked well, breakfast is juice, coffee, apples and donuts--
fine for us since we also brought a cooler, room has larger mini fridge,
microwave and coffee pot, across the street from restaurants (Subway,
local burger and pizza places, Indian, seafood, more).
inn is basic, but very spacious. Staff very helpful, upgraded us to a two room 4 queen bed for just 4 of us. Bathroom and breakfast is basic. But the location is tops, across the street from the cheesecake factory, walking distance to Disney, etc. easy free parking. If you need a great value, clean and comfortable facilities, and close access, this is the place.
This was a perfect place for our family - a 20 min walk from Disneyland and close to many dining options. We loved the room to fit our large family and for a very reasonable price. No breakfast :( but easy to overlook. It was a beautiful hotel with the greenery planted in the small location!.
It is quite closed to Disneyland. It took us about 10 min to walk to the Park and another 5 min in the park to the ticket boot. On the way, there were IHop, Denny's. The hotel is cleaned and spacious for 4 of us. The microwave and small refrigerator were very helpful.
The hotel is located in a great place, just 10 minutes walking to the entrance at Disney parks, but if you come with small children, then carry your own stroller, at night, the road back will seem eternal. The service and attention are great.
Convenient for Disneyland - we saw fireworks from our room. Day staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and room we were in was a good size. Fridge and microwave in room is useful and plenty of breakfast available.
I liked the size room. I liked the staff member who checked us out. I liked the cleaniness of the room (accept the carpets) I like th flat screen T.V. I liked the shutters. It was perfect for the cost.

Rooms are clean and beds were comfortable. I really like the joining rooms. We also liked being able to buy our Disneyland tickets right there at the front desk.
They took great care of us and were very helpful with any requests. Inparticular AJ was fantastic. We would stay here again when we come back to LA.

I liked just the location, which is very near Disney Parks.
The microoven sits on a cabinet which is placed right in front of closet which makes it hard to access the right half of closet and the safe which is in closet.
Beds felt small but we are used to a king-sized bed at home, only a
couple of cable channels with the rest being local digital channels but
we came for Disney not to watch tv.

I didn't like the smell of the room. I didn't like the lack of hooks in the bathroom. I didn't like the unhealthiness of the breakfast. I think they should hard boiled eggs, bagels and cream cheese and other options rather than sugary based carbs that don't educate young children about eating healthy food. I was disappointmented in the continental breakfast. Also, the carpets need to be steamed more often. My feet were black.

We have little choice for breakfast.
We took the 2 bedroom suite and the air con in 1 room does not work
properly. On the 2nd day, the fridge broke down. The staff who attended
to these issues does not even know how to solve these issues. There are
bed bugs in the bed and I even caught an insect (looks like a bug)
crawling on the carpet. The distance to Disneyland is not 10 mins as
they claimed, it took us about 20-25 mins walk.
The hotel is a "motel", very very noisy, the breakfast is terrible (only bagles, apple and coffee - nothing else), the room cleaners make much noise very early in the morning waking up everyone who is sleeping. There are no curtains in the room to protect sun from coming in. I would definitely not recommend to anyone.
