I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious sur
... ce que les gens disent » prise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor. In short, we liked everything about this hotel and will sure stay here again in the near future. -
The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

Had a bit of difficulty at first because there are other alfaris
apartments also available..At first I didn't notice the number
3...The location is superb, quiet neighbourhood and getting taxis was
easy due to the strategic location next to Lamcy Plaza..The Staff were
warm, welcoming, and helpful when necessary..Rooms were clean, comfy
and up to the standard and the prices quite reasonable..The best thing
was the free wireless connex..Would definitely recommend this
hotel..Enjoyed my stay..

Nous avions un appartement 1 chambre "executive" très bien
aménagé, propre situé dans le block a qui est d'une proximité
exceptionnelle avec le world trade center, 1mn à pieds, la station de
métro 2mn à pieds qui irrigue toute la ville et dessertaussi
l'aeroport Une vue directe sur les immeubles aux architectures

Rooms were large, furniture was in good condition the kitchens were very nicely set up.
Great place for a couple who enjoy each others time cooking and eating together, sunning, and want to get around without being in the traffic of Dubai.

Great hotel to stay during my trip. Staff all very friendly and helpful, room very clean and room make up everyday, free room wifi for 1 person only and newspaper provided upon request, subway and burger king is just opposite within walking distance and convenience store is just beside the hotel. I would go back to this hotel again next time i visit dubai.

The staff was amazing Cyrus and Andrew at reception were very helpful and kind, staff was always speedy in processing any requests we made and the fact that there's a 24/7 supermarket downstairs that provides delivery to your room was a pleasant and added bonus.
The apartments are spacious and organized and the view was spectacular.

The stuff where very nice (world class) and the rooms where kept very
clean all the time. Furniture is nice and almost new.
what ever extra we asked through the phone was delivered in a blink of an eye.

i stayed in London creek last Dec. 02 and i must say, it was really a great experience. The staff is so helpful and friendly especially Ms. Jeanelle. She helped me a lot and made my stay at the hotel as if I'm home She given me a very good room and i love it. I will definitely book again in London Creek.
