  The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was big. I love that the kitchen was open and has an option to close it with a click of a button (just like in car parking). It is easy to park at any time. The room service was fast. There was a washer and spinner (combo) and it helped us a lot. We had a wonderful time here.   Personnel accueillant et sympathique, petit déj bon et grand choix, belles chambres avec du charme. - Arrived Dubai airport at 5.10am, took Emirates bus to Abu Dhabi, arrived hotel mid morning, very tired. Hotel staff made every effort to provide an earlier check in. Hotel has excellent facilities. All staff (concierge, front desk, room service... ce que les gens disent » , dining room) were extremely helpful. Great choice of food for breakfast -best omelet maker at this hotel. Would recommend this hotel without reservation. - The staff was truly remarkable!!!! On bus line...but taxis are pretty cheap in the UAE...shops,restaurants near bye. We were upgraded to a suite which made our stay truly amazing!!! Great room! On the day of check out, my wife was not feeling well and they were kind enough to allow us to check out late...EXCELLENT Service experience!
