Luxe - The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms
and lobby. I know letsbookhotel.com only says wired but it is w

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

Très grand confort de la chambre. Proximité du Mall et de Skidubai. - nous avons trouvé l'hotel bien placé surtout lorsqu'on a des enfants, la superficie des chambres et surtout la propreté et la discrétion pour accéder aux chambres.

L'emplacement est idéal, proche du grand centre commercial de Mall
of Emirates (5 mn à pied) et surtout du Métro. Bien que ne parlant pas
français, le personnel fait tout pour nous satisfaire. Notre mail
d'info d'arrivée en pleine nuit avait bien été transmis et la
réception nous attendait. Dans l'ensemble une bonne note,
l'établissement est bien
