Sans doute le lieu le plus agréable où il nous ait été donné de séjourner. Calme, confort, beauté du site, excellent service, tout nous a convenu. Et si nous devions choisir notre prochaine destination, ce serait sans aucun doute le Banyan Tree Ras Al Khaimah. -

La plage - Friendly staff. They are very helpful and always smiling to all theguests. Very good location and clean. Nice food but expensive. TheAyurveda centre is the best place for body massage. If we have chance,we will come back again and I highly recommended to all my friends. - honestly everything

Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests.
Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels.
I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort.
Overall I am quite satisfied for getting value for my money. -

... ce que les gens disent » e hotel is very well managed with polite and attentive staff. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Facilities are good , food is good but not high quality. Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)

we really like the hotel ambiance and our room and the facilities, the foods was excellent, we got free upgrade to junior suite which made the weekend getaway more memoreable for both of us, the location is very near to Dubai (where we are living); and it was really such a relaxing moment for both of us, definitely will come back to try the spa! -

the hotel was great, we were happy we were upgraded to a bigger room, everything was just beautiful, very relaxing stay, many watersport activities. The room was just perfect! wish we could stay there longer. location of the hotel is perfect.

I think it was a great full place and I enjoyed it realy. I hope to visit the previous place again.
Suggestions :
If there is some offers it will better than without and to do some more activities for the kids.
