The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel opening at the end of 2012 and is in its "soft start up" phase gradually receruiting and training staff and opening up facilities. By the summer of 2013 it should be up to speed. The staff are very hrlpful and friendly and the food at the buffet resaurant (the only one open) was excellent.

Spacious 1 bedroom suite. Helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned every day. Shops nearby and restaurants. Private car park. Very helpful lady in business centre who will print boarding passes for return flights. Covered swimming pool so kids will not get sunburnt. Would also like to thank reception gentleman, we arrived

The appartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were ample TV channels and parking was availble during the day. At night time parking was full but the hotel staff took our keys and parked for us and gave us the keys in the morning. Staff was quick to respond to some issues.

super séjours, tous est à côté, le personnel est sympathique et répond rapidement à toutes les questions. logements très bien équipé avec une piscine et salle de sport et sauna. je le recommande si vous aimez être indépendant sachant que le personnel s'occupe de la propreté durant votre séjours. -
