  The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Check in and checkout was easy and fast. Reception staffs were professional. The hotel is within walking distance from a big mall and the area is full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good varieties.
