  Rien a redire agréable, pas très loin de l'aéroport... Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel pour une escale mais il est bien situé 15 min de l'aéroport, 15 minute du centre ville. Taxi toujours dispo à n'importe quelle heure au pied de l'hôtel. Lit bebe dispo, le tout avec la petite touche high tech d'Abu dhabi.   We stayed in the Fairmont Gold rooms which include butler service, afternoon tea and early evening drinks with high quality snacks all included in the room rate. Staff was excellent in all areas and always smiling. Best trained staff we have come across so far in a hotel. Rooms were big and well decorated with very comfortable beds. Nous sommes arrivés à 5h30 à l'hôtel et le réceptionniste nous a trouvé deux chambres dans la demie-heure sans supplément de prix alors que le check-in était prévu à 14h.   Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future. Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!

It was my first anniversary and they went well beyond the call of duty to make our experience one of the most memorable ones I've ever had in the UAE.
