Nice friendly staff, generous sized apartment with nice bedrooms and en-suites. We stayed a week before Christmas and the staff put on a beautiful carol service in the lobby. The Coopers bar/restaurant was great. Service was fast and attentive just at the correct amount. Location for where I was visiting each day was perfect, but nothing else around.

Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb.
Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque.
Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned.

We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future.
Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!

Amazing, genuinely sincere service from every single member of staff we encountered, including Shayan on reception who went out of his way to find us poolside when our room was ready (although we had arrived ridiculously early, his attitude was unfailingly obliging), and concierge Karim who happily indulged our daughter's attempts to speak to him

Very comfortable rooms, intuitive layout.
The fact that it feels like a smaller boutique hotel than it evidently is - makes your stay feel -
*Check in/out is peace of mind.
*We v got the Mangrove view, it was so nice in the morning.
*Room is clean & spacious bathroom & Bed is so comfortable.
*Most Relaxing Pool music, You will fall asleep in their big pool chairs.
*Breakfast in the room was something.
*Staff is very friendly & attentive.
*Pool area is slightly small but cozy & relaxing.
*Hotel falls between Abu Dhabi city center & Yas Island.
Strongly recommended for weekend relaxation.

I had a wonderful surprise experience staying at this very nice hotel. The rooms and facilities were charming, and extremely comfortable. The staff were helpful, and the prices were very good, considering the completeness of facilities available and beautiful, timeless design of the rooms. Rien a redire agréable, pas très loin de l'aéroport... Je n'ai
passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel pour une escale mais il est bien
situé 15 min de l'aéroport, 15 minute du centre ville. Taxi toujours
dispo à n'importe quelle heure au pied de l'hôtel. Lit bebe
dispo, le tout avec la petite touche high tech d'Abu dhabi. Pas
d'arnaque taxi au compteur

As an industry NGO, we are constantly on the road traveling around the globe conducting events, speaking at conferences and supporting exhibitions.
Abu Dhabi in the UAE is an annual destination for us in the Winter in January for the past decade.

I had travelled to Abu dhabi by road from muscat along with my family
including 2 kids. We had made the reservation through letsbookhotel.com few
hours before we started. This time we wanted to spend less on lodging
and spend more on fun and visiting places. After serious search, I could
only find very few hotels at this rate. Keeping fingers crossed made the
booking. Called the reception and obtained confirmation and conveyed to
them that we would be arriving mid night.

Every member of staff we met was friendly & welcoming, which was so nice. A quality hotel with good amenities, helpful staff.
Excellent room, good comfortable bed.
Even though my check out time was before the dining room opened they brought me some coffee and croissants.
Plenty of quiet places for meetings with clients.

I had two-bedroom apartment with kitchen. Spacious, clean and quite.
Nice pool on the roof and fully equipped gym. Food was tasty. -
