This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff
spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was
great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to
track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He
also gave me directions to many places to visit while in the city. I

take advantage of this! I would stay here again without any hesitation. -
It is a great, new hotel in the center of Kharkov. It provides great value as it is a 5-star hotel with great service and rooms. Several fantastic restaurants, a beautifull sky bar which allows you to overlook Kharkov center and other nice things make this really a super hotel. Also, the price is really good when comparing it with regular, Ukraine hotels in the area. All in all a great place, great value in a 5 star hotel!

L'Ovis Hotel est un établissement moderne situé à Kharkov, juste en dehors du centre-ville et à 2 km de l'aéroport. Une connexion Wi-Fi et un parking privé y sont gratuitement mis à votre disposition....

Everything was excellent and on a high level - both facilities and the staff. Very comfortable rooms, qualitative furniture and bathroom equipment, good ventilation and air conditioning. Very professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast and restaurant. Definitely reccomend this hotel! -

This spa resort cannot be missed if you are in the area. It is a real
treasure and truly 5*star hotel. The best it suites for romantic getaway

Замечательный отель и чудесный сервис. Конечно, сложно ожидать другого от пятизвездочного отеля, но тем не менее, сравнивая с другими отелями подобного уровня Superior golf and spa resort абсолютно на уровне и высоте. Замечательная спа зона с бассейном. Что важно: температура воды теплая (зимой) и детишки могли вдоволь наплаваться. В спа стоит профес. итальянская спа-комната Sweet Spa, фирмы starpool. Очень классная! Ужин также был замечательный. В-общем отличный отель, обязательно остановимся

The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value. The service and attitude of staff was excellent. Breakfast, for me, was a particular high point being a British style buffet.
