I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Gostiny Dvor hotel! The staff were very friendly. Front desk girls were so helpful, spoke excellent english and always went out of their way to accommodate any request I had. kind,cheerful,and attentive to all guests who come by. The accomodation
is relaxing and perfect for vacation or business travelers. I`ve stayed
there twicw now. For 12 days in April 2012 and just returned from a 14
day April 13-27th,2013 vacation to Kharkov,Ukraine once again.

Extremely friendly staff. Girls on the front desk spoke English and it was no problem checking in at midnight. The concierge was very helpful and spoke a number of languages.

The staff, particularly Angelina, were responsive, friendly, and helpful. I want to emphasize very responsive. Very clean. Great shower. Quiet. Kharkov hardly seems a tourist destination, so the location was not too bad if you were there for purpose. Be sure and try their "Russian Bath"!

Very helpful staff, excellent restaurant with very reasonable prices. New bathroom/WC, nice little balcony with lovely view of the lake. Free wi-fi in rooms. And all that for the super price of approx. 20 Euro (breakfast and parking included)!!! -
