  Because the "Alex" is the only Hotel that I have stayed in in Odessa I do not consider myself an expert. But having stayed in many hotels around the world I will say this rate highly.   We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel (we stayed at the Superior Apartment, which was huge (70 sq.meters), and it had everything an apartment should have. So we felt like home. Girls at the reception (especially Inga) were really nice and friendly. And helpful as well.
