I have chosen the standard studio for five days trip in Kiev. I was pick up from airport and brought directly to the apartment at Mykhailovska street. Apartment located not at the street, so it was very quiet and green. Apartment was very clean and spacious with the hall, big room, kitchen, balcony and shower. There were absolutely everything you need for independent stay. Location was great, 10 minutes walk from Independence square. Wifi, used to work good. Sound isolation was good, i had no l. tous commentaires
Location: Most of sights in walking distance, Metro station Zoloti Vorota ca 100 mt, Teatralna ca 300-400 mt. Appartment was small ca 20 sqm but very clean and well furnished with TV, WLAN, little kitchenette with fridge, hair-dryer in the bathroom. Very quiet in the night with open windows, when morning traffic starts, just close thenew noise reduction windows. Air Condition was in the room. Everything in good condition and working. Staff was very friendly and helpful, reception was 24 hours o.
I really liked everything:
- the private sauna,
- the very big shower,
- the modern design
- the cleanness
- the view from the balcony
I would strongly suggest this apartment to any traveller who has a medium budget and wants to get the most out of it. With the price of a average 3 star hotel, he will get a room worthy of a very good 4 star hotel, in the very centre of Kiev!.
The staff at Best Kiev Apartment was really willing to go every time the extra mile for us. They were friendly, extremely flexible and very much efficient in communication. The place was spotless clean, very pleasantly furnished and perfectly located. This has been one of the best apartments I ever rented. Definitely recommend!.
Truly, the best apartment in Ukraine! This apartment lacked nothing. Just fabulous. Having stayed in three apartments before this. This apartment outshines every other apartment out there in Ukraine. The staff, from pick up driver to the owners, as just the kind you would expect attend to you in Australia. Awesome!!!.
I stayed at Kostiolna street, this is an excellent place, just near by Maidan Nezalezhnosti. The flat is at the 7th (or 6th) floor surrounded by other buildings, not the streets, so it's perfectly calm place. The flat is big enough and very friendly, so you feel like at home. I liked quite everything there.
It is a great option for a reasonable prize. Elevator worked perfectly
(I had read in previous reviews it was not). Room was made every day
with towels change and also linen after three days. Great location. Very
good airport transfer.

Hotel managers Dima and Julia at Proreznaya Street 23a. went way beyond my expectations in hotel service with a fast and very friendly attitude towards my needs as a foreigner experiencing language difficulty and helping me overcome the flu.They handled all questions, problems and advice with positive rsults.They made my visit become possible to enjoy . They are simply the best in service. The location was close to everything i needed by foot. The maid cleaning service was daily.Good security. T.

I can't say we were overly pleased with the apartment, the staff were barely courteous, demanding fees upfront (which is fine had we of known), providing no information about the city - he wouldn't even tell us where the bank machine was (it is right around the corner). I doubt these are Kiev's best apartments...
These apartments firm is an agency only and we had apartments scattered
around the Independence Square area. There was not much to like about
the apartments except the location.

Bed was big and clean, but the mattress was a little bit used up.
Appartment was on the forth floor and the elevator was not working always. That´s all.
Take care:
In the rush hour our wallet was stolen in the Metro train between Teatralna and Universytet. The trains can be very croweded and although we are very careful it happened. So keep your belongings in closed bags which are not easy to open.
Everything was perfect.
Just nothing, to be honest. Love they place and would staying there, in the future when we visit kyiv.
I missed the towel in the kitchen and the eraser, so better the staff put this for their guests.
There is no kitchen, but has microwave and heater. Enough for me.
Only minor issues - booking form says credit cards accepted but had to pay cash (not a big surprise in Ukraine!), sheets weren't ready for sofa bed when we arrived but we dropped off later.
Apartment is new, fresh, but I would like it to be more stylish
decorated. To make some ambience inside.
The front door is little bit awkward to get into. You have to ring a bell and then they come and walk several floors down. Besides that everything is great.
From the attendants a little bit English it is necessary for better communication. It is not exactly I don't like.. It is improvement suggestion.
An instruction check list would have been helpful since spoken English is limited. Some basic items were missing in kitchen,
such as sponge for washing up and towel to dry dishes. They need to instruct cleaning person to check that all is in order. Small reading lampwould help too.

Was not shown how to use the security system. Was not told that a cleaning person would come by. The spa did not work. Did not have hot water for one day. Some of the lights did not work.

I do not like the way they handle the bookings. They do not give you the apartment as booked. Me was promised for 99% a certain apartment, but when arrived I got another one, totally different as was promised and also at another location.much further away as asked for!!! Other thing we were very quiet but the fist evening a neighbour already come upstairs with a very agressive verbal attitude. He did not like the noice of moving chairs in the kitchen??? It was at 21.45pm.

Bathroom, little boiler.The tables next to the bed need small lamps for getting up at night to see or read. The elevator may or may not work late at night.
Our apartment was on the 5th floor and 3 out of 4 days the elevetor
wasn't working. The worse thing was that they charged our visa card
twice, upon our arrival and on the day we left(I only signed the second
time), when I checked my bill I told them and they returned the money,
but due to currency difference I've lost more than 10euros and they
didn't care. I wouldn't go back.

From reading the other reviews it is a bit hit and miss what apartment
you actually get when booking with this company. For our accommodation
the lady in charge spoke almost no English which made life difficult.
Also when we had no hot water on the second day BestKievApartment did
not want to help but simply told us that we need to contact the non-
English speaking landlady.

The filth of the stair well, carpet looked like it was filthy, mildew on kitchen walls, lumpy mattress.
The apartments were generally of poor standard and the pick up and
transport to each of the apartments took approx 3 hours due to the size
of our group being in 4 seperate apartments and only one lady and
private vehicle to transport 16 people! Not recommended!.
