  Very Friendly helpful. felt very welcome. Bed comfortable clean room with TV kettle etc allessentials. I liked the selection of fresh fruit instead of usual boring biscuists.there was a good room service menu which I did not use but when I went to the bar they were very helpful about making me a meal. tho technically closed. If elt really welcomed - There was nothing too much trouble for any of the staff 1st class,everyone went out of their way to help.
