  Wow, we stayed here in Dec 09 and it is wonderful, no wonder its the aa funkiest guest house in the whole UK! will return and would recommend highly, try the Bowness suite, it has its own pation, amazing bathroom and your breakfast magically appears out of nowhere! - The staff made us very welcome and the room was fantastic will be staying there a... ce que les gens disent » gain.

  Worth every penny - a fantastic small hotel It snowed heavily during our stay and the staff even cleared the snow from our car - We stayed in the Bowness suite and it was beautiful, we could not fault a thing at this place, will return soon

  The Beaumont House Hotel is a lovely old hotel with plenty of character, friendly staff, reasonable prices and gorgeous rooms! Not to mention providing us with a prompt tasty breakfast each morning. This hotel is only 5 min walk from Windermere centre which we found very convenient. Very pleasant and the Decor is fantastic. This hotel sets the benchmark for a guest house. We did not want to leave the hotel and we wanted to bring the room back with us.

  The staff were very friendly , welcoming and always ready to help. The location , set in woods and hills above Lake Windermere , is fantastic. As for the hotel , it had character and charm , with some very appealing features. The food was excellent. - Attention to detail and being made extremely welcome
