We travelled with friends and oursmall dog. The staff was very accomodating of our needs, allowed us alate check out time, and even stored several bikes for us. The hotel wasnew, clean and the leisure facilities were quite good.

My request for a quiet room had been taken into account. They were very accommodating. Room was quiet, clean and safe - juts what I needed for a good night sleep. - The stzff were eceptionally helpful and went out of their way to show consideration and high quality service. The Alexander is conveniently located for a nights stay as I was bringing my daughters belongings back from her university lodgings. The facilities are very good & I would highly recommend the Alexander. The breakfast is excellent & caters for every taste. The Alexander is the best place I have stayed in Swansea.

Everything was great. Right from the start there was the friendly welcome at the check-in. The room was very spacious with a large sofa. Breakfast was very good and plenty in spite of the room being very full at Father's Day. It was easy to get to town on foot and in a good location for a visit to The Mumbles. The supermarket next door is also very convenient.

The Gentlemen at reception on our arrival went out of his way to welcome us and further went on to talk to my daughter about Swansea University which he attended at one time and which my daugter has on her possible university choice.
His assistance and manner were above excellent and we much appreciated his insight. -

The staff, the manager Mick, his elderly father John and a young girl took good care of me staying there. They were all very kind and helpful whatever I wanted and had a good portion of humour and very friendly and easygoing. A good place to stay for a reasonable price. Would choose the same place if I go to Swansea again.

I was delighted that the owner is a Welsh-speaker; that made my life
much simpler.
The bedroom was, shall we say, cozy, but this wasn't a problem for the one night we stayed.
Overall, I'd describe it as a comfortable place to stay. The owner and his manager could hardly have been friendlier or more accommodating but they were never intrusive.
The place was clean but homely and comfortable. No nasty odours but not reeking of cleaning products either.
