The Hotel was clean. The food was very good and the staff were very friendly. We had a problem with a DVD player in our room which was dealt with in a professional manner and when a replacement could not be found at short notice we were upgraded free of charge. - Pretty much everything. We travelled with friends and oursmall dog. The staff was very accomodating of our needs, allowed us alate check out time, and even stored several bikes for us. The hotel wasnew, clean and the leisure facilities were quite good.

My request for a quiet room had been taken into account. They were very accommodating. Customer service was amazing. Every member of staff was friendly, happy and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. In particular the man on reception who booked us in, checked we had a roll out bed and booked us a taxi all in one go and the very cheerful chef! Everyone said hello and smiled. Husband witnessed the hotel manager talking to another resident about an issue and she dealt with it very confidently and professionally. Well done

We stayed in the townhouse which was lovely - very confortable bed / excellent shower with toiletries and robes incl. Breakfast menu varied and eggs benedict was divine. The main hotel was from what we saw looked seeped in history / the staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much bother for any of them, very comendable -

I was attracted by the reasonableprice of the stay and the situation of the hotel was an added bonus - afive minute walk from the beach and well situated for local amenities,pubs and restaurants. The reception I received at the hotel was firstrate - Philip and Jeanette are experts at making guests welcome!

The staff were super accommodating and allowed us to check in at 1130am. They wished me a very happy hen do and were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and give off a luxuarious feel. The door staff in the evening ensures that no drunken randoms come into the hotel and disturb anyone. perfect location for anyone visiting Swansea, easy to park in the mulitistorey that the hotel kindly validate your ticket so its only £5.

Everything was great. Right from the start there was the friendly welcome at the check-in. The room was very spacious with a large sofa. Breakfast was very good and plenty in spite of the room being very full at Father's Day. It was easy to get to town on foot and in a good location for a visit to The Mumbles. The supermarket next door is also very convenient.
