  After a 2 night stay at The Wellington Arms I found the staff VERY friendly and nothing was too much bother. The hotel has a bar with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was clean, although slightly dated and the heating was too hot for our liking, this resulting in a restless night BUT I would certainly stay here again. - The way staff put th... ce que les gens disent » emselves out to make our stay enjoyable. I.e drove us to the wedding venue after taxi let us down, free of charge. We were a party of 12 and the next morning they set up a table with 12 place settings for us all. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone

  Greeted by a wonderful receptionist at approx 7:30pm on Sat 20/7/13, sorry don't know her name. She was very helpful, great with our 2 young kids. Fantastic idea of looking for lost ducklings in room. Everything possible done to make our stay comfortable in this heatwave with fans, sheets instead of duvets, offering of jugs of cold water. Pleasant and helpful staff at bell inn during breakfast. - The staff at Reading South were fantastic and there was nothing that was too much trouble for them. Their local knowledge was second to none, with always a friendly smile which made you wish you could stay longer.
