Excellent pool, steam room and sauna... great to relax. Room was a good size, nice bathroom clean tidy well equipped and right in the city centre. Amazing staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. They were lovely and very helpful. I couldn't stay for breakfast and one particularly lovely man in the restaurant insisted on making me a bacon sandwich to take to the station with me. Wrapped in tinfoil, even had the bread lightly toasted to keep it firm, so thoughtful. He also put a few little muffins in the paper bag in case I wanted something sweet. with disabled access for my parents, one family room for my brother, his
wife and two youg children plus a third for my husband and I. All rooms
had been allocated close together on ground floor. Noted how quiet it
was despite busy road and tram outside. Good parking. Restaurant very
good with plenty of choice and meal deals available including breakfast.

the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day..
