excellent breakfast !!! - shame it wasnt included in the room price though. Within reasonable walking distance to main shopping area. - Very well appointed hotel, lots of facilities. The restaurant was excellent.

I like the fact that check in was effortless, we had just had a long stressful journey and when we got to the hotel everything fell into place. Excellent service, very clean and well kept hotel. The facilities were
exceptional the beds were nicely made and the most comfortable beds we
have used during a stay. The breakfast was fresh, hot and varied with a
very good standard of cleanliness. We had asked if the hotel could do
anything for my husband as it was his 40th Birthday....they very kindly

Very comfortable rooms, super water pressure in the showers, staff very helpful and friendly, tons of parking, great location close to Kingston, idea for London, fast and free wireless included in tariff. For what it is, the room rate is extremely good value. Have not stayed before but would do again in future. -

Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. Plenty of restaurants 5 mins walk away and lots of discount

I loved it! The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. We stayed here because we were going to Twickenham stadium for the rugby, but would have loved to stay longer. We walked to the stadium, but we are good walkers and you can get a taxi easily.
