Vicki was so welcoming, wouldn't hear of me taking a taxi to a local venue for a Charity evening she dropped me herself.She even gave me money for raffle tickets!. I thought the standard of the room and ensuite were excellent. It was tastefully decorated and there were plentiful supplies of refreshments and toiletries. The parking was on site and the location was perfect in terms of motorway and our onward plans. Breakfast was extensive and the proprietor was helpful and informative. I felt really comfortable here.

Nice room size, friendly staff- very welcoming and close to city centre... Perfect if you're just looking for a room to crash in i.e Night out with friends and you just need a room to get ready and sleep. -

Staff and clientele were really warm and welcoming. It's a budget hotel so don't expect the ritz but I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I liked the large car park at the back which is locked at night by a garage style door. It is very convenient. The bus stop to the city centre is nearby and the buses are frequent. I was staying to visit my husband in hospital and there is a bus straight to the QE about 10 mins walk away. There is a small Tesco opposite and a Post Office about 400m away.

The young gentleman that checked us in was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Nice location, convenient for the NEC - and nice to get away from the exhibition halls to the country and canalside location.

On arrival I was welcomed with a warm friendly smile from Kate who signed me in with no fuss and showed me to my room. The room itself was charming and spotlessly clean and as a frequent traveller I had two of the best nights sleep I've had in many a night in a small hotel.

Being a sole female traveller (for a two night stay while I sat exams nearby) I was extremely relieved to be welcomed in by Kate (the proprietor) who I felt made it her priority to make sure I was comfortable, informed and reassured throughout my visit. The bed was a dream to sleep in and the breakfast was more than substantial with Bill even helping to defrost my windscreen one morning! Thank you again for a lovely stay.

I have been staying in Coventry's B&Bs and hotels at least once a week for the last year and this is the best stay so far. Excellent value and high standard. Ensuite, tea & coffee, TV, and everything beautifully clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful, whilst not intrusive, and the location is great for University of Warwick. Peaceful location whilst handy for the motorways. We chose to have the optional breakfast - superb. We will use this again while son is at university there.

We were very impressed with the excellent customer service provided. The food was delicious and the restaurant and rooms remained very clean. Everything! Mostly the friendly staff who could not be nicer. They really do go above and beyond to make you welcome and comfortable. Spotlessly clean facilities, excellent food, warm and welcoming atmosphere and the most comfy beds (even the sofa bed) Generous amounts of tea,coffee and biscuits and efficient cleaning staff daily.Would not stay anywhere else in Birmingham. Second visit to this hotel and will be back without any doubt!! Highly recommend to anyone

Me and my dad stayed in a twin room at The Windsor Castle Inn. Could not fault the place at all, lovely people, our bags were carried up to our room, everything explained really well. Breakfast was lovely, full english or a choice of cereals, anything not on the menu, just ask. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and would stay agai

The staff were very hospitable and the breakfast was very professionally presented with excellent choices. The double room and ensuite shower/wc were quite small but more than ample for a one or two night stay. This is a busy pub on a busy road but we were not troubled by noise.

The Prince was a great budget hotel - no frills, but comfortable and with very friendly and helpful staff. Hard to beat in terms of value for money if you're looking for somewhere basic and reasonably central. Buses into the city centre are very frequent and take about 10 minutes, or it's a short taxi ride.

the couple that run the hotel were friendly and welcoming without being over the top, the hotel is kept to a very high standard and was perfect for the needs of our trip to the city. breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day ahead. the room was comfortable and funtional without being fussy and the hospitality tray was well stocked, the bed was one of the best i have slept in.

Julie and her sister were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived.
It was very handy for the N.E.C., with a bus stop just round the corner. The railway station has free parking, and is a short drive away, making it easy to get into town or to the exhibition/conference centre and airport.
We would visit again without hesitation..
