The hotel was warm and the staff welcoming. The room was spotless with everything in good working order.The food in the restaurant was excellent with a good choice of evening meals. The breakfast was first class and the breakfast waiting staff were extremely efficient and very cheerful. The cleaning staff were also very thorough and pleasant. - eve

The Birnam Hotel provided my wife, son and I with comfortable
accommodation for a couple of nights while we explored and relaxed in
Dunkeld and it's surrounds during the October mid-term school break.
The hotel has a very Scottish traditional ambiance and the staff, on the
whole, along with the accommodation was quite pleasant. -

The staff were excellent and the leisure complex was better than we expected. A special mention for Mark the Assistant Manager who went out of his way to make, not just us but eveyone he saw welcome. - We loved our stay. We had read the previous reviews but we had no bad experiences. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

We received a pleasant welcome.The staff were obviously a team and were
fabulous....every single member of that team impressed us. We were
allowed to take a dog and were not banished to a room akin to a kennel
as has happened in other hotels! The location was not on a noisy road

Lovely hotel in a quiet location not far from the main street. Excellent bar / lounge that again was very clean and tidy - you can tell that the owners take pride in their hotel!
2nd time we have stayed here and would visit again.
Dog friendly hotel which is a big plus for us as our dog was with us again.

Great food, friendly and helpful staff, lovely room and en-suite. Free liquer was very welcome and a lovely touch. Comfortable bed and lots of storage. Loved double-end bath and power shower. Toiletries smell lovely and are of good quality. -

A warm welcome and friendly staff. Huge en-suite room which was both clean and extremely comfortable. Good choice of breakfast which was well cooked. Beautiful setting and gorgeous old building, very friendly welcome and
nice room. It isn't 5 star luxury but it's not 5 star prices and
it is tremendous value for money, everything we needed was there and
everything works so what more would you want. A comfortable bed anda
good hearty breakfast, I would recommend Bendarroch House to anyone

Kirsty, the young receptionist on duty on June 8th, made us feel very
welcome, she also changed our room to a far more suitable location, near
the front door with no fuss at all. She also remembered that our purpose
for staying there was to visit Glamis Castle and on arrival she
immediately handed us a map and relevant info with our name on it. This
little gesture was most appreciated because it showed she valued
personalizing 'Premier Inn's' service.

The rooms at Premier Inns are of a similar standard and layout, so you know what you are getting ( and they provide comfortable beds and a good night guarantee). What really made our stay special was the excellent and friendly reception from the staff in the hotel, especially Bill on the front desk.

The room are comfy, clean and just whats needed. I the staff are well looked after and paid, they are a credit to the owners, especially in the bar/ restaurant, sadly we were there for a bereavement they could not of been kinder to us. I will definitely stay there again, hopefully in nicer circumstances. The food was excellent to.
