The room was celubrious and the extras (golf putting and decent cafetiere coffee, walk in wardrobe) well worth it in terms of improving the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Also easy parking right outside hotel and although the hotel sits on a main road, it was extremely quiet. And possibly since it was my birthday, we received an upgrade on the room that I had booked.

From the first second to the last I felt the coziness of my own flat. Clean, warm, secure, comfy. Everything in the city was at walking distance. There was absolutely nothing to complain about my stay.

Comfortable cottage with small but nice kitchen. Excellent location close to sea and Brodick. Lots to see and do nearby. My children (8 and 11) liked the space outside including the tennis court. -

Excellent accommodation to a high standard and very clean. The staff are all friendly and more than welcome to help to make your stay enjoyable. The bar has an excellent choice and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant, well what can I say other than the best fresh and locally prepared food that I have had the pleasure of trying; eating in the restaurant is a must !!! In a beautiful location overlooking the bay and close to the centre of Oban we had a great visit. The owner recommended two excellent restaurants nearby where we had lovely seafood (and reserved them for us). The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and clean, and the breakfast was copious and well-prepared.

2nd visit to this hotel in past 2 years. I couldn't fault it. Everything about it was first class. We stayed 4 nights. We ended up eating in restaurant every night.Weather was bad and we didn't want to walk too far.Once you eat there your spoiled, and reluctant to try anywhere else. We did lunch in different places. Above all, we liked the friendly staff who made our visit to Arran a real pleasure. The room was clean and comfortable, the food excellent and the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the island. -
I liked the location and the staff were very helpful and although we did not require any additional assistance we knew it was available. Also that the Internet log in was given, this was a good touch.
