  The rooms and its facilities. Well sized, with plenty of space to move around, the air conditioning worked properly, the bed was in very good order and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Although there is limited Parking (60 spaces) do not let this put you off. It is superbly placed for City Centre attractions including the 02 Acadamy (300metres).Friendly Staff. Good selection at breakfast. Eat in the restaurant or order any meal and eat in your room.

Pleasant dining room and lounge areas. We enjoyed our stay (self and elderly mother). Adjusted our booking to take account of our altered needs. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

The bar food was vey reasonably priced, and although The Grill restaurant is a little pricey, you do get what you pay for, good food and good service.   Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.

  Nice hotel and good swimming pool. - very clean comfortable hotel -all hotel staff -in reception, lounge bar , restaurant and leisure area were very helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends
