  The rooms were fab, perfect, staff all very friendly, Malcolm was brilliant, doggy receptionist was cute! :-) Food was fab, place amazing, relaxing, enjoyable, peaceful, restful and I would def come again in 2014!!! The tv remote wasn't working so I reported this o the front desk. By the time I had had my meal, the tv had been replaced and was working fine. Thank you.

  What is there not to like? The staff are simply brilliant - it's really nice to be recognised and addressed by name. We had a great room with a sea view. The bars are very good as are the restaurants and yes you really must try the Governors Indian cuisine at its best!! A good selection of places to eat and drink and nice outdoor seating areas as well as a pool. Very much a luxury hotel which we could not fault, except for the location which was our choice.

  The staff were brilliant and helpful. I was ill while I was there and they couldn't do enough for me. And they looked after my husband as I never left the room. The hotel is in a great location, good bus links to the rest of the island. Great walks, your right on the sea front. The bed was comfy, plenty of fresh towels, a - The hotel is in a great location - great views and within very easy reach of lively beaches, airport and St Peter Port. The staff are accommodating, friendly and very knowledgable. Though not the most modern of hotels, the price is fantastic and we would definitely come back for a cheap yet lovely weekend getaway.

  The room was lovely with a very large, comfortable bed. The toiletries were good quality, and we had a good supply of tea making facilities and biscuits. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice for our evening meal which was delicious.The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times and were keen to ensure we had all we n... ce que les gens disent » eeded and that we were happy with everything. Which we were. - The hotel was more like a 5 star and the staff so friendly, they all made us feel so welcome.The breakfasts on the terrace were lovely. We only ate out two nights out of 9 and the hotel food was far superior. Olga was an absolute treasure, she looked after us so well, I would recommend this hotel.
