  This hotel was amazing! We stayed there during the blizzard weather and the staff (especially reception) were super helpful and accommodating, updating us on the whole shut down situation with ferries etc. Reception even found us a lift down to the port amongst all the closed roads and madness! Great food (especially the chicken kiev), facilities ... ce que les gens disent » and super comfy beds, Stay here. - Staff were very helpful, in particular the restaurant staff, great service both morning and evening for breakfast and first evening meal. Spa was also very good and the lady who helped me extremely helpful and kind. Loved the fact that there were FRESH flowers on the tables, how very nice.

  What is there not to like? The staff are simply brilliant - it's really nice to be recognised and addressed by name. We had a great room with a sea view. The bars are very good as are the restaurants and yes you really must try the Governors Indian cuisine at its best!! We could go on - best thing to do is to go and try this hidden gem in the Chan... ce que les gens disent » nel Islands - Excellent facilities, great service and good food. A good selection of places to eat and drink and nice outdoor seating areas as well as a pool. Very much a luxury hotel which we could not fault, except for the location which was our choice.
