La chambre etait spatieuse (chambre King City), la literie extremement confortable, salle de bain à l'italienne, petit plateau avec différents thés, café, biscuits, chambre tres calme.   This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre. We upgraded to executive room for £40 per night which was good value as it then gave us breakfast and complimentry drinks and food in a privare room between 5pm and 6pm on both nights. We always choose hotels with openable windows (rather than air conditioning) where possible, and this one met that criteria too. We slept well and it was quiet - no disturbances from other guests or from outside. The breakfast was also great, and the staff friendly. The staff are friendly and the public bar has a comfortable feel and good ambiance. Although no car park you can park on the side streets from noon until 10am the next day for free.
