Superb value compared to West End Hotels. Large, clean, quiet suite, excellent restaurant, friendly and very helpful staff. All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

Easy drive from M1
Car park space when we arrived at 1pm.
Large comfy clean modern room.
Adequate breakfast, although continental it also had sausages, beans & scrambled egg.
15 mins flat walk along to Finchley central tube. Seemed safe area.
Went to the O2, one easy tube change. -
Culturally sensitive staff could not have been more helpful.

Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g

It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR.
Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

we heard noise (Rm 201 at back of hotel) during the night - it sounded
like someone using a mixer for plastering. He said he would follow this
up. -
I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle.
I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much.
The rooms were comfortable and everything you could need. I will stay again.
