Location excellent, secure property, lovely and clean and nicely furnished, helpful staff in office allowed us to leave our luggage for the day so it was secure and we did not have to carry this around with us on our departing day. -

Very attentive and helpful staff at the reception. Amazing location in the heart of Camden. Clean and spacious apartment fitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have requested extra bed for our children and within 1 hour we got it all perfectly set. We had enjoyable stay, will definitely come again. -

The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. I chose to stay in an apartment instead of using a hotel because of being able to cook for myself. The apartment was compact and well equipped. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Firstly, the accomodation was right off two main tube stops which was
extremely handy in terms of getting there. Upon arrival, the staff were
extra friendly and helpful as we arrived a couple of hours before check
in (they held our luggage). The apartment was spacious, ultra clean and
fit for purpose. When checking out the staff kindly agreed tp extend our
checkout time (10am) by 2 hours which was a godsend.

Fabulous location, staff could not have been more helpful. The design is really cool, the rooms lovely and the roof top bar serves delicious value food and drinks - delicious food too.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The first room we got was leaning a bit and sensitive as we are we asked for another room and the staff helped us with everything and we got a superb room right away instead :) Big and spacy rooms with wooden floors instead of a carpet!
The breakfast was excellent and pretty much everything you want they had and more as well.
Nice area close to supermarkets and very close to the underground station. Around 3-5 min walk. The hotel is located

I stayed in a single and double room on 2 separate occasions which were both fantastic. I appreciated the extra touches in the rooms (generous coffee, tea, biscuits, good LAN connection). Beautiful bathrooms, tasty and generous breakfast. Best thing of all - the price was reasonable.

Good location for Heathrow and early morning flight.
Although there weren't a lot of parking spaces we found a space immediately so didn't have to worry about driving off to find one.
Good soundproofing as it was on the flightpath of arrivals.
Very comfortable.
We needed a comfortable hotel near to Heathrow to spend our last night with our youngest Daughter who was travelling to the USA to go to university this Hotel ticked all the boxes.

I loved this hotel. The staff is super professional and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious! Best continental breakfast I have ever come across in a London hotel - or anywhere really. Lunch and dinner also exceeded my expectations. Simply fantastic! Dorset Square Hotel is much more than just a fabulous hotel. Marylebone station is very close (2min walk) so location is great if you come from LHR/Paddington.
