We Booked into the Glenesk hotel for just a few nights in February 2013 as I was viewing property in this lovely area, (which I luckily got) and reading the on-line reviews liked the look of it.

From the moment of arrival, the welcome was amazing, they bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable, well fed, and relaxed. Great staff, great feel, has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and due to business, I stay in a lot of hotels! They really did have the personal touch! I liked everything about the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much bother. The rooms are comfortable and clean as is the beds. Adjustable mattress beds, air conditioning, non slip floor in bathroom, sprinkler system, large walk in shower with controls easily accessible and not beside rain shower head. Staff friendly and professional. Late check out not a problem. Money off breakfast voucher.

Very nice brand new Business hotel located 5 mins walk from Aberdeen Airport. Very comfortable, clean rooms with excellent facilities. The breakfast offered was excellent. It only opened in July, so the hotel overall was very good. I think there was a £ 5 charge per night for parking, but can't be sure, as I did not take a car. Staff were new, and were under training, but very friendly. The restaurant did not have a big menu to boast about, but seemed okay.

The resort felt exclusive yet had a friendly atmosphere. The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard & felt luxurious. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable prices on the menu which is rare when staying at any Hilton . -

arrived shortly after 2pm on the Friday, swiftly checked in by the friendly receptionist, we payed on arrival and were quickly given our key cards told of all the facilities within the hotel. The park inn is modern and very well done I.e décor and layout,
being a smoker I liked the section of outdoors within the building
which is a great idea saving you from standing out the front. Its in
a good position for shopping etc. breakfast was inc and was of fair
to good quality, however some items did lack flavour. All staff were
very polite.

Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to Platinum. A little noisy this
trip with bmx next door but they stopped at nine. Had stayed at many
hotels with no lift so my mother in law was pleased to have one at your
hotel. Had a nice meal with friends downstairs. Did bit use spa but
looked lovely. -

Reception staff were very helpful and lovely, easy to get on with. Room was beautiful, very nice decor. Bathroom was spotless, facilities in room were superb! Bed was a good size with comfortable bedding, television was perfect location. Lighting was optional! Fast free wifi service was a boost. Hotel as a whole was absolutely stunning. Overall excellent service and stay! Will defs be staying again.
